After 35 years of providing compassionate care to children and families, Dr. Cleary will be retiring summer 2026.  The practice will cease operations after her final day seeing patients, July 16, 2026.

If your new provider requires records from your prior treatment, please come to the office to sign a release of information prior to closure.  After that time, you will need to send a NOTARIZED release of information by mail to the practice address NLT 12/31/26.  An updated address will be posted on the website for requests after that date.
